Responsibilities
Ensure the quality of photos, descriptions, pricing strategy and item sequencing
Track bidder activity and proactively contact top bidders to clarify open questions or negotiate prices
Conduct price and post-auction negotiations when reserve prices are not met to achieve optimal auction results
Take charge of payment monitoring and follow-up
Accurately record and document relevant information to ensure transparency and traceability
Work closely with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous quality improvements
Evaluate, create and review auction content based on a solid understanding of the auction ecosystem
Confidently use IT tools to efficiently manage data, images and descriptions
Communicate professionally in writing and verbally with internal stakeholders, sellers and bidders
Requirements
Professional experience in sales, customer service or a comparable field, with a strong focus on communication and service
A very good eye for high-quality photos, precise descriptions and well-structured content
High attention to detail, quality awareness and the ability to work independently
Good understanding of the auction environment or willingness to onboard quickly and with motivation
Very good written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
Proficiency with IT tools and the ability to manage processes systematically and in a structured manner
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and an enjoyment of clear communication
