Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic, audience-first annual marketing and communications plans
  • Serve as a trusted advisory to business leaders and executives
  • Manage and lead full-funnel, cross-channel marketing strategies
  • Lead integrated campaign strategy and execution across earned, owned and paid channels
  • Shape thought leadership in partnership with subject matter experts
  • Oversee content, collateral, presentations, and sales enablement assets
  • Run data-driven audience segmentation and nurture programs
  • Partner with marketing analytics teams to measure performance
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketers and communicators

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 12 years in integrated marketing and public relations
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
  • Strong background in energy, consulting, or public sector environments
  • Expertise in narrative development, messaging, and simplifying complex topics.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience managing agencies, writers, designers, and channel partners.
