About the role

  • Lead Pre-Sales operations for Enterprise solutions at VOLL, ensuring lead qualification and team synergy. Oversee a robust structure of SDR squads in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Lead VOLL’s national Enterprise Pre-Sales operation, directly managing coordinators responsible for SDR squads.
  • Ensure efficient qualification of inbound and outbound leads with Enterprise profile (high-ticket), adhering to SLAs and the criteria established for each channel.
  • Conduct alignment meetings with related areas—Sales, Marketing and Product—ensuring synergy across stages of the commercial funnel.
  • Monitor and drive the evolution of key area metrics, such as number of qualified leads (with commercial proposal presented), conversion rate, response SLA, and SDR squad performance and engagement.
  • Lead the development, execution and continuous improvement of Pre-Sales playbooks, in line with the company’s commercial strategy.
  • Oversee the structuring of squads by market segment, company size or acquisition channel, promoting specialization and efficiency.
  • Act as guardian of operational excellence, ensuring predictability, scalability and efficiency at the top of the sales funnel.
  • Promote ongoing training for Pre-Sales Coordinators and SDRs, reinforcing our culture of results, learning and ownership.
  • Work data-driven, conducting analyses, diagnostics and action plans aimed at improving the area’s performance.
  • Represent the Pre-Sales organization in executive forums, reporting directly to the New Business Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, in any field.
  • Proven experience leading Pre-Sales teams focused on corporate solutions for high-ticket opportunities.
  • Experience in B2B environments with consultative selling, long sales cycles and high-value deals (high-ticket).
  • Strong knowledge of the B2B Enterprise market, with experience in complex sales and high-ticket transactions.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and prospecting/cadence tools.
  • Practical knowledge of sales machine methodologies and SDR structuring.
  • Familiarity with inbound and outbound acquisition processes.
  • Established experience as a manager of entire Pre-Sales structures, overseeing multiple coordinator roles.
  • Background in technology companies, SaaS or B2B services with a focus on commercial performance.
  • Track record of consistent delivery in fast-growth environments with high demand for predictability.
  • Experience generating and qualifying leads for long-cycle, highly complex sales.
