Responsibilities
Independent management and optimization of our marketplace presences (focus: Amazon Seller & Vendor Central and prospectively additional platforms)
Performance-driven planning, management and scaling of PPC campaigns (Amazon Advertising, DSP, Sponsored Ads)
Accountability for revenue, margin and performance targets (ROAS, ACoS, conversion rate)
Creation and optimization of listings (titles, keywords, images, A+ Content, Brand Stores) with an emphasis on SEO and conversion
Ongoing reporting, performance analysis and definition of actions to enable scaling
Collaboration with logistics, marketing and management to ensure smooth growth operations
Monitoring competitors, trends and platform updates
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketplace management and performance marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment
Demonstrable success in budget management and PPC campaign optimization
Confident user of relevant tools (e.g., Amazon Advertising Console, Helium10, Perpetua, Excel, BI tools)
Analytical mindset, structured way of working and enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making
Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to actively shape growth
Experience with or interest in products for dogs & horses is a plus — but not mandatory
