About the role
- Regional Vice President managing operations of multiple marinas in Florida. Providing strategic direction and ensuring compliance with operational excellence and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- The Regional Vice President (Florida) is responsible for offering strategic direction and leadership to the Company’s marinas
- Assist with the formulation of financial and business plans and/or goals to achieve targets
- Establish operating plans, goals, and targets and work with the regional support team to execute
- Provide leadership and direction to all assigned direct reports within a specified region
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal government regulations
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local government authorities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, required
- Three to five (3-5) years of multi-unit management experience required
- Eight to fourteen (8-14) years of supervisory experience required
- Must be a business partner with developed business acumen and a strategic mindset with an ability to formulate creative solutions
- Must demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to complete a background check deemed acceptable by the Company
