Responsibilities
Provide managerial oversight for construction projects
Assist in pre-construction services such as estimating, project planning, professional reporting, cost updating, and cost reporting
Build rapport and trust consistently with various parties including trade partners, governing entities, and property level team members
Create, update, and maintain schedule of projects, tasks, and associated duties regularly including PSR (Project Status Report)
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience is required
Must have one to three (1-3) years of progressive construction industry experience preferably in a Project Administrator or Project Engineer function
Must have pricing knowledge as it relates to project plans, budgets, and costs
Must have a working proficiency with Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Must have excellent presentation, facilitation, and general computer skills
Must demonstrate proactive and self-sufficient characteristics on a consistent basis
