About the role

• Analista de Redes Sociais Pleno developing social media strategies for Suno Asset. Responsible for content production, performance analysis, and market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the editorial calendar for Suno Asset’s social media channels, aligned with business strategies, product launches, and the macroeconomic environment.
• Ensure strategic coherence between institutional positioning, technical authority, and demand generation.
• Operate and optimize channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure consistency of tone, visual identity, and strategic posting frequency.
• Adapt content according to audience profile and funnel stage.
• Monitor metrics such as engagement, reach, audience growth, traffic, and qualified lead generation.
• Generate actionable insights for continuous strategy improvement.
• Work with clear growth targets and business-impact objectives.
• Collaborate with the Asset team to translate investment theses, products, and competitive differentiators into accessible, strategic content.
• Produce content that reinforces credibility, technical depth, and the asset manager’s strategic vision.
• Propose new formats (short-form videos, quick analyses, strategic cuts, technical threads, educational carousels).
• Ensure all communications comply with financial market regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing social media in the financial sector (asset manager, research, bank, brokerage, or fintech).
• Experience with editorial planning and performance metrics analysis.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to translate technical topics into clear language.
• Knowledge of the marketing funnel and organic demand generation.
• Experience with analytics and social media management tools.
• Organized, autonomous, and demonstrates ownership.
• Will stand out if you have: experience with social selling and strategic LinkedIn use.
• Knowledge of capital markets and financial products (funds, equities, macroeconomics).
• Familiarity with paid traffic and integration with media campaigns.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence applied to content production.
