About the role
- Student assisting in Project Management for Corporate Real Estate projects at Sun Life. Supporting tools development, project delivery, and team training while fostering a collaborative culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development or streamlining of tools, templates and processes to support delivery of Corporate Real Estate projects
- Assist Project Coordinators in the tracking and reporting of Real Estate project delivery
- Assist Project Management team in the delivery of Real Estate capital improvement projects
- Conduct training and provide assistance to team members on Project Management processes
- Support the team on the Project Management software tool as required
- Support the team in file management and organization
- Create reports and metric reporting on team and project performance
- Help support and champion Digital Enterprise ways of working
Requirements
- Interpersonal skills including good team player with the ability to work independently
- Own your tasks and see them through to the end
- Help move projects forward by tracking team action items and following up as needed
- Advanced Microsoft Office including Word, Project and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge and ability to use Excel
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of JIRA
- Experience working within an agile team or project; understanding of scrum framework

- 3rd – 4th year student in the fields of Technology, Architectural Sciences, Engineering, Business, or Project Management
