Provider Engagement Sr. Manager managing provider education on dental benefit programs and technology solutions. Responsible for provider network support and compliance in Colorado region.
Responsibilities
Improve providers' understanding of benefit programs, policies, and procedures
Educate providers on comprehensive policies and procedures via office visits and communication
Promote technology solutions and increase the volume of electronic claims
Recruit non-participating providers and negotiate compliance deals
Recommend changes to improve internal methods and procedures
Manage vendor relationships for provider technologies
Facilitate presentations to educational institutions and organizations
Assist in filing claims electronically
Serve as a liaison with dental offices for queries
Follow up on termination letters and represent clients at health fairs
Requirements
5 years’ experience in healthcare practice or managed care environment
3 years’ supervisory/management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration (or related field) or equivalent, relevant experience
Strong presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proven problem-solving skills
Ability to make sound judgment conclusions based on data available with minimal supervision
Up to 25% travel required (primarily local)
