- Plan and organize events that support CTO leadership and enhance team connectivity, culture and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Design and execute change management initiatives that drive adoption and minimize resistance
- Monitor, report on and assess the impact of communications on employee understanding, sentiment, and behavior
- Continuously research best practices and measure the effectiveness of communication approaches
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism, or related discipline
- Experience in corporate communications, change management, or related field preferred
- Background supporting infrastructure technology or transformation initiatives highly valued
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt for different audiences
- Superior reading comprehension and ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts
- Proven experience in scriptwriting and public speaking is regarded as an asset
- Strong analytical mindset connecting communication tactics to measurable outcomes
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet numerous deadlines without sacrificing quality
