Responsibilities
Drive growth and operational excellence across National Accounts in Western Canada
Develop and execute the strategic business plan for National Accounts in the Western Region
Collaborate with Business Development Leadership to achieve targeted financial outcomes
Establish and implement best practices, processes, and procedures
Build and maintain strong partnerships with key consultants, advisors, and internal stakeholders
Drive new business development, client expansion, and net sales while maintaining profitability
Represent Sun Life at industry, business, and community events
Lead, mentor, and develop diverse teams in high-performing environments
Champion organizational change while building trust and psychological safety
Requirements
5+ years in the Group Benefits industry
5+ years in senior leadership roles managing teams
Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience
CEBS designation (preferred)
Valid driver's license with willingness to travel
Proven ability to lead through change, coach talent, and build trust across diverse teams
Strong grasp of sales planning, financial analysis, and key business metrics
Deep knowledge of group benefits products, services, and market dynamics
