About the role
- AVP Health Platform Owner in Canadian operations managing end-to-end delivery across Health's technology platforms. Collaborating with leaders and teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Direct leadership for a team of ~25 and indirect for over 300 team members
- Align the delivery teams with the overall Health business unit and Operations team strategy
- Understand client needs and Operations process flows
- Build and oversee the medium/longer term execution and solution roadmap
- Collaborate with journey/hub owners and tech leads
- Serve as thought leader and trusted business advisor
- Partner with technology and platform leaders
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with delivery
- Ensure necessary resources are allocated appropriately
Requirements
- University degree or related work experience
- Minimum of 10+ years’ relevant digital delivery experience
- Proven track record of implementation in insurance or financial services technology systems and platforms
- Health or Group Benefits knowledge would be an asset
- Demonstrate knowledge of technology platforms or ability to learn about technology and digital products
- Experience working with Agile teams is an asset
- Bilingualism (French, English) is required for Quebec only
