About the role
- Civil Engineer specializing in foundational design and construction project oversight. Contributing to renewable energy solutions at Sunfire in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Define requirements for foundation design and verify compliance
- Design steel structures and create CAD models
- Prepare and review design, approval and construction drawings
- Perform static and dynamic calculations as well as geotechnical investigations
- Select and specify construction materials, components and construction machinery
- Manage tendering, supervise, inspect and coordinate construction execution
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in process plant engineering or related industries
- Solid knowledge of structural analysis/statics, geotechnics, building materials, construction design and construction management
- Proficient in common CAD and structural calculation software
- Fluent German and English (C1 level)
- Willingness to travel (approximately 20%)
