About the role

- Preparation and review of structural calculations and assessment of special solutions in building and civil engineering.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant DIN standards, Eurocodes and legal regulations.
- Technical consulting and training of our customers in the application of our products and software solutions.
- Participation in the further development of calculation software and tools for structural design.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, ideally with a focus on structural engineering/structural design.
- Several years of experience in structural analysis (statics), complemented by management experience or leadership potential.
- Confident use of CAD programs, ERP systems and common structural analysis software (e.g., Dlubal, RFEM, RStab, FRILO, mbAEC).
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Solution-oriented, structured and team-oriented way of working.
- Relevant leadership experience, including remote leadership or managing teams from a distance.
