  • Produce high-performing 2D/3D video creatives that reach millions
  • Research trends across mobile games, ads, and social platforms
  • Pitch new ideas and help shape the creative roadmap
  • Track creative performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on generative AI tools and production techniques

Requirements

  • Creative mind blending art, market trends, and production technologies
  • Strong visual communication skills
  • Experience with 3D tools (Unity, Blender, etc.)
  • Mastery of Photoshop, After Effects, and Adobe CS tools
  • Ability to build full scenes and complete creative flows from scratch
  • Active mobile games player; understands mobile gaming visual trends and marketing KPIs
  • Self-driven experimenter keeping up with AI trends
  • Convincing portfolio showcasing previous work of marketing video ads
