About the role

  • Manage Product Safety master data ensuring regulatory compliance for Color Materials products. Analyze supplier data and support various departments on regulatory requests.

Responsibilities

  • Manages Product Safety master data for Color Materials products and ensuring regulatory data compliance with global and regional legislations such as GHS, CLP, and EU REACH.
  • Carries responsibility for Safety Data Sheets of sales products and intermediates.
  • Analyzes supplier Safety Data Sheets and regulatory documents for raw material data maintenance.
  • Supports various departments (Product Management, Sales, Procurement, R&D, Quality Management, Trade Control, IT) on regulatory requests globally.
  • Provides support during official audits by authorities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in a regulatory affairs role within manufacturing industry (chemistry, pharmaceutical, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree in natural sciences (preferably in chemistry)
  • Extensive specialist knowledge in the areas of chemicals legislation (REACH, GHS, CLP) and product safety
  • Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience with SAP R/3 business software and/or Sphera Intelligent Authoring and used to work with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
