  • Manage and lead the production department so that all sections operate as one cohesive unit
  • Ensure all employees, contractors and visitors follow the environmental, health and safety guidelines

  • Optimize production costs and accomplish cement production with on-time delivery and quality required by customers
  • Manage the process department to support, communicate, and coordinate the plant’s needs
  • Seek to optimize and bring about continuous improvement
