About the role

  • Creative Producer leading video content production across all stages for ooca's brand and educational courses. Collaborating with the content team to align creative outputs with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the **Content Team Lead** to develop and present content ideas that align with business objectives, and to define the monthly content themes and direction.
  • Lead the creative direction and execution of **Video Content** across all stages — **Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production** — for **ooca**, the **CEO’s personal brand**, and **educational courses**.
  • Translate project requirements and business goals into clear and compelling creative outputs, including **ideas, concepts, scripts, storyboards, mood & tone, breakdowns, and shooting plans**.
  • Oversee and direct video production to ensure that all content is delivered on brief, on brand, and at the highest creative and technical standard.
  • Co-develop and curate **mood boards and visual directions** for both artwork and video content, ensuring consistency with the company’s **brand identity (CI)**.
  • Work collaboratively with designers, videographers, editors, and other creative teams to maintain a unified creative vision across all platforms.
  • Contribute creative ideas to **marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives**, supporting the company’s overall growth and communication strategy.
  • Continuously explore new storytelling formats, trends, and content strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading **end-to-end video production** (Pre-production, Production, Post-production)
  • Strong ability in **scriptwriting, storyboarding, shot lists, and shooting plans**
  • Skilled in defining and executing **creative direction** for branded and personal-brand video content
  • Able to translate **business and marketing objectives** into clear **creative concepts and content formats**
  • Experience overseeing **on-set production** and directing talent, crew, and creative execution
  • Strong understanding of **editing workflows, pacing, and storytelling for video**
  • Ability to create and manage **mood boards, visual references, and brand-aligned creative guidelines**
  • Experience producing content for **YouTube, social video (Reels/TikTok), and educational or long-form formats**
  • High standard of **visual quality, brand consistency, and storytelling execution**
  • Comfortable managing **multiple video projects, timelines, and production pipelines**
