About the role
- Associate Infrastructure Engineer supporting IT infrastructure for various projects at Sumerge. Involved in deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems with a focus on cloud services and network management.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level IT support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure.
- Assist in the installation, and maintenance of hardware and software components for end-users.
- Deploy the approved updates/patches for Desktops / Laptops to meet changes in information technology.
- Monitor the behavior of the End-Users Devices for vulnerability prevention.
- Updates accurate IT documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and their lifecycle.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Good experience with Operating Systems Environment (Windows and Linux)
- Good experience with LAN and WAN Networks Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP,,…).
- Good knowledge with Microsoft 365 Applications.
- Good knowledge with cloud computing systems (Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn from feedback.
