About the role
- Project Manager in Intralogistics focusing on automation at Suffel, a leading family-owned company in Europe. In charge of managing comprehensive customer projects in the automation and logistics sector.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to building a growing market area
- Manage and execute end-to-end customer projects in intralogistics, including automation, racking, conveyor technology and software solutions
- Plan and carry out systematic commissioning at customer sites
- Coordinate project resources and trades, and clarify technical processes and prerequisites during the project phase
- Ensure reporting and quality control, and manage claims and damage handling
Requirements
- Completed technical training or degree (e.g. industrial engineering, logistics, technical project management) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management of complex industrial projects, ideally with automated guided vehicle systems (AGVs)/driverless transport systems and racking systems
- Confident user of MS Office
- Ideally experience with CAD software
- Proactive, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
