About the role

Responsibilities
- Product development and backlog prioritization
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to capture requirements
- Create clear user stories, epics & acceptance criteria
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Ensure communication between German- and English-speaking teams
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective)
- Testing & quality assurance before releases
- Analyze and optimize technical processes
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems
- Solid Scrum knowledge (e.g., CSPO, PSM I/II)
- Proficient in using Jira
- Experience creating clear requirements (user stories, use cases; IREB/CPRE is a plus)
- Basic technical understanding (at least one programming language)
