About the role
- Senior Product Manager overseeing Joint Replacement initiatives across Northern Europe. Collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to implement strategic marketing plans for product success.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales organization to support, influence, and execute JR (hip, knee, and robotics) commercial initiatives across Northern Europe
- Drive JR (hip, knee, robotics) commercial initiatives across Northern Europe in partnership with sales
- Develop and execute strategic and annual marketing plans, product launches, and campaigns
- Leverage marketing tools and create locally relevant materials to support sales and customer engagement
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather insights to shape strategy
- Manage pricing, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Support new product introductions and phase-outs
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, key customers, and KOLs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, medical education, and market access teams
- Ensure alignment of marketing and sales initiatives to achieve commercial objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field)
- 6+ years of professional experience
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with financial acumen
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working effectively in a matrix organization and influencing without direct authority
- Fluency in English.
- Regular international travel required (~40%)
