About the role

  • Sales Coordinator managing short term consignment requests and coordinating equipment for surgeries. Supporting sales teams and ensuring accurate inventory records in a hybrid role based in Hamilton, Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate short term consignment Orthopedic requests
  • Ensure all consignment and capital demo inventory is recorded accurately
  • Support commercial teams with excellent customer service
  • Assist with troubleshooting intra-operatively
  • Educate sales teams on program specifics
  • Communicate shipment details and ensure best-in-class service levels

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree OR 6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelors degree
  • Experience in the medical field is an asset
