Responsibilities
Plan and execute medical education programs and events (onsite, virtual, and hybrid), ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory and internal processes
Coordinate all event logistics, including vendors, timelines, and budgets, ensuring deliveries within defined timeframes and costs
Develop and adapt educational content and learning tracks based on client profiles (physicians, residents, and healthcare professionals)
Manage emergency requests related to events, including support for critical procedures, ensuring adherence to processes and agility in execution
Monitor, analyze, and report event performance indicators
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, product specialists, compliance, and finance) to execute aligned strategies across Latin America
Support identification and relationship-building with key stakeholders, such as teaching hospitals and clinical leaders
Ensure documentation is organized and updated, and respond to requests for technical information from internal and external audiences
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience organizing and executing events in Medical Affairs or the pharmaceutical industry
Intermediate English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
MBA or postgraduate studies in Marketing or related areas (preferred)
Experience with compliance processes in regulated environments (preferred)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) (preferred)
Intermediate Spanish (ability to communicate in a professional environment) (preferred)
