Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans
  • Drive market analysis and competitive insights
  • Partner with Country Managers and sales teams
  • Manage and develop Product Managers and Specialists
  • Develop marketing tools and training programs
  • Build relationships with surgeons and KOLs
  • Ensure high-quality execution of marketing activities
  • Collaborate with central marketing and global teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • At least 3 years in a Marketing Manager role
  • Background in MedTech or B2B healthcare
  • Proven track record of driving growth
  • Full management experience leading teams
  • Strong strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Medical/pharma background or MBA is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
