About the role

  • Lead Analyst overseeing financial reporting and planning capabilities for commercial divisions. Collaborating with business units and implementing standardized processes for efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Validate and reconcile financial data across multiple reporting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Execute financial planning and reporting processes and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability.
  • Prepare budget baselines and planning scenarios and assess their validity using analysis and knowledge of supported business units.
  • Ensure adherence to standardized reporting processes and data governance requirements.
  • Deliver reporting outputs and commitments in alignment with established service‑level agreements.
  • Develop and document detailed procedures that enable standardized planning and reporting operations.
  • Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and support scalable solutions through the center‑of‑excellence model.
  • Contribute to special projects as the reporting center expands into additional capabilities and functions.

Requirements

  • Required Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning or financial reporting
  • Experience developing or applying financial planning and reporting capabilities
