Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent professional training.
- A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in a finance-related role, including team management.
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a multinational or complex business environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a self-driven, proactive approach to mentoring and team development in a collaborative manner.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and numerical abilities.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
