About the role

  • Customer Service Representative assisting with sales and healthcare inquiries via phone support. Engaging positively with both internal and external customers to maintain service levels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications.
  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels
  • Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Determine charges for product requests / usage
  • Maintain customer pricing in systems of record

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years’ relevant work experience
  • Minimum 50 WPM typing speed
  • Experience as account representative
  • ERP, CRM, SAP systems
  • Hospital or medical field experience; medical terminology
