- Set and execute the vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for B2B growth within Stord
- Own business performance across key financial, operational, and customer success metrics
- Provide leadership and direction across multiple functions, ensuring teams are aligned and delivering results
- Identify opportunities to scale capabilities, improve efficiency, and strengthen client outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in operations, sales, account management, product, engineering, and finance to deliver business objectives
- Serve as the executive contact for major B2B clients, advocating for their needs while balancing business goals
- Manage resources, budgets, and investments to maximize impact and ROI
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams that embrace accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to company-wide leadership discussions and strategic planning
- Adapt responsibilities and priorities as business needs evolve, ensuring Stord remains agile and competitive in the B2B space
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 5 years leading large-scale B2B operations
- Proven experience managing multi-site fulfillment or distribution centers serving enterprise-level retail or B2B clients
- Demonstrated ability to oversee operations at scale, including high-volume order processing, large teams, and significant P&L responsibility
- Significant leadership experience in general management, operations, or business ownership roles, ideally within B2B, supply chain, or logistics
- Strong track record of delivering measurable business results across financial and operational outcomes
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience building and scaling high-performing teams
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and pivot as business needs evolve
- Willingness to travel 25 - 50% as needed
