Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 5 years leading large-scale B2B operations
Proven experience managing multi-site fulfillment or distribution centers serving enterprise-level retail or B2B clients
Demonstrated ability to oversee operations at scale, including high-volume order processing, large teams, and significant P&L responsibility
Significant leadership experience in general management, operations, or business ownership roles, ideally within B2B, supply chain, or logistics
Strong track record of delivering measurable business results across financial and operational outcomes
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience building and scaling high-performing teams
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategy and execution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
