  • Technical Customer Service Manager facilitating communication between customers and production at Stora Enso. Involves providing technical support and managing customer feedback while enabling collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer feedback and facilitating communication between production, customers, development, laboratory, and business units.
  • Providing technical support for product-related issues.
  • Participating in customer trials and development related projects.
  • Conducting product & process training for customers.
  • Enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders across Business Area.

Requirements

  • Strong ambition for continuous improvement.
  • Solution-oriented with a solid technical background.
  • Experience in corrugated and/or board technologies, preferably also in printing or converting technologies.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent verbal and written English.
  • University degree in relevant field.
  • Experience in technical customer service preferred.
