About the role

  • Hybrid work routine with in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Reach out to clients to offer tailored credit solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage and grow the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct commercial visits for prospecting and relationship maintenance.
  • Rigorously assess clients' repayment capacity to support informed and secure credit decisions.

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of credit products and the financial industry
  • Experience in credit risk analysis and financial mathematics
  • Strong negotiation skills and portfolio management experience
  • Knowledge of the regional market and proven sales experience
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly and consistently.
