About the role

  • Hybrid work schedule with in-person and online meetings;
  • Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions;
  • Lead negotiations and build strong relationships with clients;
  • Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention;
  • Conduct commercial visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships;
  • Rigorously analyze clients' repayment capacity, ensuring informed and secure credit decisions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector;
  • Experience in credit risk assessment during credit granting and financial mathematics;
  • Negotiation skills and portfolio management;
  • Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience;
  • Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly.
