Responsibilities

• You review our AI's chat transcripts for quality, tone, and outcome orientation.
• You analyze where the AI can improve conversations — and help optimize its responses accordingly.
• You document notable findings and work directly with the product team to improve processes.
• You independently develop ideas for how StudioPartner can communicate more intelligently.
• Optional (for a Master's thesis): You combine research and practice — e.g., on topics such as AI quality, automation, or language psychology.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program in Communication Studies, Linguistics, Psychology, Business Informatics, AI, or a related field.
• Native German speaker or C2-level proficiency.
• Strong linguistic intuition and the ability to quickly assess whether communication is effective.
• You work independently, reliably, and think analytically.
• Interest in artificial intelligence and a startup mindset.
• Experience with chatbots, CRM systems, or customer dialogues is a plus but not required.
