Responsibilities

  • You strategically grow TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, test new formats, and optimize for performance.
  • You analyze content like it’s a meme — spotting patterns, intentionally steering views and follower growth, and scaling what proves repeatable.
  • You scout creators and barbers who are a genuine fit and coordinate our content agency.
  • You understand male-focused humor. Your replies are fast and convert casual scrollers into real fans.

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media growth with demonstrable results.
  • Content DNA: You know which formats perform, how algorithms work, and which trends are relevant.
  • Ownership & Speed: You work independently and in a structured way, driving projects forward without micro-management.
  • Growth Mindset: You are eager to test, optimize and scale together.
