About the role
- Intern in product management supporting the development of grooming products at a startup. Involvement from concept to launch including data management and supplier coordination.
Responsibilities
- You will support our product management team across the entire product development process — from idea to launch — and ensure smooth internal operations.
- Support in developing new products in the areas of shaving, beard and body care
- Research ingredients, formulations, hardware products (e.g., safety razors, beard trimmers) and market trends
- Maintain and structure our product data and documentation in Google Drive
- Contribute to the creation of product overviews and launch planning
- Assist with customer inquiries about ingredients, usage and product specifics
- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers in Germany and Asia
- Act as an interface with Marketing, Design and E‑commerce
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a degree program in Business, Natural Sciences or a related field
- You have an interest in cosmetic formulations and product development
- You work analytically, in a structured way and independently
- You are highly organized, detail‑oriented and enjoy bringing order to data and processes
- You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and are eager to gain hands‑on experience in a growing D2C startup
- Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
