Responsibilities

  • Validate product viability through rapid experimentation
  • Reduce uncertainty by testing assumptions early and scaling what works
  • Align the team around clear product objectives
  • Design experiments to validate hypotheses
  • Work with designers, engineers, and data scientists to create prototypes and experimental solutions
  • Collaborate with SMEs to uncover insights throughout the product lifecycle
  • Prioritise problems based on impact, learning value, and feasibility
  • Define success metrics for experiments and products, and use results to inform decisions
  • Coordinate the end-to-end product journey from exploration to iteration
  • Champion a product vision grounded in evidence and customer impact

Requirements

  • At least 5 years professional experience as a Product Manager or in a closely related product-led role
  • Strong ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders in a constructive, curious way
  • A genuine passion for understanding end-to-end customer journeys and the systems that shape them
  • Experience tackling ambiguous, constraint-heavy problems using experimentation, prototypes, and iterative learning
  • Confidence in making decisions with imperfect information, balancing risk, learning, and opportunity
  • Ability to communicate ideas, trade-offs, and outcomes clearly through structured, data-informed narratives, including those sourced from academic research papers
  • Comfort querying, exploring, and interpreting data independently to inform product decisions
  • Curiosity about new techniques, technologies, and approaches—especially in data science, analytics, and experimentation
  • The maturity to recognise when emerging technologies or technical approaches can unlock new product value
  • Strong technical skills in modern software development practices, agile and fast-moving deployment methods and network and application best practices.
