About the role

  • Group Product Manager driving cross-business product projects at EveryMatrix, leading strategic initiatives across multiple business units and collaborating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with leadership across product, technology, commercial and operations to define and align on group-level product priorities.
  • Lead strategic, multi-unit product initiatives that cut across our internal platform, partner integrations, operator tools and data/insights capabilities.
  • Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for group-wide projects, ensuring dependencies are understood and managed.
  • Facilitate discovery and validation across business-units, identifying opportunities that unlock shared value or enhance our client offering.
  • Enable product teams across the organisation to deliver with consistency, quality and measurable impact.
  • Support product governance, portfolio planning and prioritization across business units.
  • Act as a bridge between product teams and executive leadership, translating strategy into action and helping to remove blockers.

Requirements

  • Experience leading complex product work across teams or business units in SaaS, platform or highly regulated environments, ideally in iGaming.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate high-level goals into tactical execution.
  • Track record influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present clearly to both teams and executive leadership.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritise effectively and keep initiatives progressing across diverse groups.
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable outcomes.
  • A collaborative style and a bias towards action.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
