About the role

  • You turn our product–market fit and enthusiastic customers into predictable demand.
  • You develop content across the entire customer journey (Awareness → Interest → Decision).
  • You plan, create, and continuously optimize landing pages.
  • You segment target audiences and set up email sequences.
  • You quickly derive testable ad elements from your content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B experience in acquisition-oriented environments (agency, marketing/communications, events, consulting)
  • Channel knowledge: LinkedIn/Instagram, website/landing pages, newsletter/CRM
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience with our stack (or comparable tools): Webflow, Customer.io, Surfer, Segment, Pipedrive + Zapier
