About the role
- As a Werkstudent:in Recruiting, you will support personnel procurement at STF Gruppe. You'll gain insights into modern recruiting work while handling various tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain our applicant database and talent pool
- Support communication between applicants, hiring teams, and colleagues – e.g., coordinate interview and meeting schedules
- Conduct research on new trends, suitable service providers, relevant job fairs, and tools that can advance our recruiting
- Assist with the preparation and follow-up for job and career fairs
Requirements
- Enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences in a degree program related to personnel work (e.g., HRM, business psychology, business administration)
- Confident user of MS Office
- Very good German language skills (Level B2 / C1)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Structured and independent way of working
- Valid work permit for Germany required for non-EU citizens
