About the role

• TGA Fachplaner in Gebäudetechnik für verschiedene Großprojekte, einschließlich Planung und Berechnungen in HLSK-Bereichen. Enger Austausch im Team und Nutzung digitaler Zwillinge in den Projekten.

Responsibilities

• Planning for various large-scale projects in building services engineering, with a specialization in HLSK (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning).
• Calculations for heating/cooling loads, duct networks, potable water, wastewater, rainwater, etc.
• Creation of floor plan drawings, schematics and section views.
• Use of digital twins for project planning.
• Coordination with electrical specialist planners, project managers and HLSK colleagues.
• Participation in weekly project and status meetings.

Requirements

• Professional experience in building services (TGA), e.g. specialist planning in HLSK, technical systems planning, technical drafting, planning engineering or a similar role.
• Ideally experience across the trades (heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning).
• A (engineering) degree (Bachelor, Master or Diplom) with a focus on building services/plant engineering or similar OR state-certified technician or master craftsman in one of the trades (HLSK).
• User proficiency in an industry-specific CAD program (e.g. Revit or AutoCAD) and experience with tendering/bidding software (such as OrcaAVA or similar).
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
