Responsibilities
Drive strategic initiatives to improve a large portion of the student journey from learning to job placement
Design and implement experiments to improve student retention, learning, and placement outcomes, identifying opportunities for improved processes and automation at scale
Optimize operations and metrics tracking for a growing team of student experience professionals, including coaches, instructors, and placement coordinators
Own end-to-end projects, including revamping processes, scoping product features, and hiring student experience professionals
Own and achieve the student success metrics, including learning outcomes, certification, placement, and satisfaction rates
Work cross-functionally with our product, learning, and engineering teams to provide visibility into students’ and student experience professionals’ feedback to help inform their product roadmaps
Requirements
5+ years of consulting or business operations experience in a direct-to-consumer startup, preferably in an edtech or healthcare environment
Analytical acumen, an ability to optimize metrics, and a knack for successfully developing action plans to meet business goals
Ability to own both strategy & execution
Ability to align multiple stakeholders on the strategic direction for the business
Ability to work directly with external partners and clients
