About the role
- Business Analyst at Stellar Development Foundation supporting data-driven decision making. Collaborating with stakeholders and developing key performance indicators in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document data, analytics and reporting requirements
- Help define, design and develop our key performance indicators (KPIs) and build dashboards and reporting that enable data-driven decision-making
- Partner with DE to help build and validate our source of truth data models and enrich them with business logic
- Uncover compelling insights to help guide decision making and present them regularly
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in an analyst role
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with large datasets
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Tableau etc.)
- Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and clarify requirements
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
- Exposure to dbt, Git, or basic data modeling concepts
