About the role

  • Junior Sales Manager managing customer inquiries and orders, creating offers in SAP, and supporting client strategies. Engaging both existing and new customers with a technically and commercially sound approach.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer inquiries and orders
  • Create, maintain, and track quotations in SAP
  • Execute customer orders from both a technical and commercial perspective
  • Support existing customers, handle inquiries, and coordinate follow-up orders
  • Contact prospective customers by phone and digitally, and maintain customer data in the system
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies for existing and new customers
  • Optimize internal processes within the sales environment

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, metal-cutting machinist)
  • Some initial professional experience in sales or strong motivation for a career change
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally experienced with SAP
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Confident manner, strong organizational skills, and negotiation ability
  • Team player, flexible, and able to work under pressure
