About the role

  • Project Consultant managing Call Center and Service Desk operations. Collaborating on innovative solutions in technology at Stefanini.

Responsibilities

  • Management of implementation, expansion and scaling projects for Call Center and Service Desk operations.
  • Involvement in infrastructure projects and new enterprise solutions.
  • Preparation of project scope, schedules, budgets and executive reports.
  • Leading kickoff and follow-up meetings with technical teams, clients, vendors and stakeholders.
  • Management of project timelines, costs, risks, quality and communications.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or related fields.
  • Experience in IT project management.
  • Basic knowledge of Call Center solutions (ACD, dialers, IVR, recorders, front-ends, Omnichannel and RPAs).
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project.
  • Intermediate Spanish (communication).
  • Project management certifications.
  • Knowledge of PMI methodologies and agile methods.
  • Intermediate English (desired).
  • MBA in Project Management.
