About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting Management Secretariat team with day-to-day administrative tasks and document management to ensure efficient operations. Assisting with scheduling, data entry, and various office duties.

Responsibilities

  • **Overall Job Purpose**:
  • To assist the Management Secretariat team with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • **Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide general administrative support to the Management Secretariat team.
  • Assist with document management, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Prepare, format, and update documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Maintain and organise files and folders in SharePoint.
  • Support meeting arrangements, including scheduling, agenda preparation.
  • Handle correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic analysis using Excel.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
