About the role

  • Marketing Automation Manager designing and implementing AI-powered improvements across marketing systems for Statista. Collaborating with Product, Marketing and Engineering teams to enhance automation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data‑driven, AI‑powered improvements across marketing systems and technology stack
  • Partner with Product, Marketing and Engineering to turn complex funnels into scalable, automated experiences
  • Drive the design and rollout of AI‑driven automation use cases across Marketing, Sales and Product
  • Analyze and optimize the lead‑to‑customer funnel in collaboration with CRM, Sales and Product teams
  • Co‑own the evolution of the lead scoring model, defining new behavioral, firmographic and product‑usage signals
  • Partner with UX/UI, Marketing and Data to design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests
  • Build smart, consent‑aware “journey enablement” components that allow the CRM and Sales automation team to scale sophisticated, always‑on lifecycle journeys
  • Use analytics tools to identify bottlenecks, measure automation impact and feed insights into the marketing tech & systems roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Product, Growth, Marketing Operations, Performance Marketing or CRM, ideally in a B2B or digital‑first environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in A/B testing, funnel and behavioral analysis and experiment design
  • Working knowledge of Braze (or similar), CDPs, CMS platforms and automation frameworks; able to translate technical requirements for engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Legal and Analytics teams; capable of aligning technical and non‑technical stakeholders and make complex topics understandable for non‑technical stakeholders
  • Sound understanding of GDPR and privacy‑first marketing principles, especially consent and data minimization
  • Bonus: Deep experience implementing AI‑based workflows or predictive models in marketing technology environments.
