About the role
- Senior Associate managing fund accounting and investment performance reporting. Supporting global real estate funds within State Street's Alternative Investment Services Group.
Responsibilities
- Preparation, analysis and reporting of investment and fund performance data for global real estate funds
- Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities
- Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements
- Analytical review of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data
- Preparing management, annual and incentive fee calculations
Requirements
- A college degree (accounting preferred)
- At least 3+ years of general ledger accounting or audit experience
- Advanced Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Fund accounting or Public Accounting experience preferred
- CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification
