Responsibilities
- Comprehensive care of patients with highly complex nursing needs
- Implementation and evaluation of evidence-based nursing concepts, particularly in the field of intensive care
- Independent responsibility for complex nursing assessments and interventions within the scope of advanced nursing practice
- Promoting evidence-based nursing by coordinating and taking on extended responsibilities within the nursing process
- Supporting, advising, and training the nursing teams across the group
- Promoting team-oriented, interprofessional collaboration among the professional groups involved in patient care
- Assisting nursing management in establishing a scientific quality circle within the group and helping shape the intensive care specialty group
- Planning, leading, implementing, and evaluating development projects to ensure and optimize nursing care quality in intensive care
Requirements
- Master's degree in Advanced Practice Nursing (APN), a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nursing Science, or an equivalent qualification
- Specialist training in intensive care and anesthesia desirable
- Professional experience in intensive care nursing
- Strong clinical and methodological competence in patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate in multiprofessional teams
- Enthusiasm for innovative further development of nursing structures and processes
