About the role
- Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) als Teamleitung für die 1:1 Intensivpflege in Torgau. Verantwortung für teaminterne Abläufe und professionelle Pflege ohne Zeitstress.
Responsibilities
- Reliable delivery of all services, including basic care and medically prescribed treatment nursing
- Completion and maintenance of nursing documentation
- Disciplinary and professional leadership responsibility within the team in the absence of the area manager
- Participation in and leadership of team and case conferences
- Regular attendance at team leader meetings
- Preparation and updating of the duty roster
- Coordination and oversight of vacation planning
- Independent coordination of staffing in the event of employee sick leave
Requirements
- Successfully completed three‑year training as a Registered Nurse / Health and Nursing Professional (m/f/d)
- Qualification as a generalist nurse / nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Geriatric nurse (m/f/d)
- Further training as a specialist in out‑of‑hospital ventilation (m/f/d) or professional experience in (out‑of‑hospital) intensive care
- Compassionate, empathetic approach to our patients (m/f/d)
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine commitment and passion for the nursing profession
- High level of social competence
- Initial leadership experience desirable
