Responsibilities
Supportare clienti e partner in tutte le fasi del processo pre-sales
Collaborare con i team Sales, CTO e R&D
Analisi dei requisiti tecnici e funzionali e progettazione di architetture in linea con i KPI del cliente
Pianificazione e conduzione di demo e Proof of Concept in ambito infrastrutture IT
Supporto tecnico nella preparazione di offerte, gare e RFP
Contributo a webinar, workshop e attività formative della Academy aziendale
Raccolta dei feedback di mercato e collaborazione con R&D/CTO per l’evoluzione della roadmap di prodotto
Requirements
Almeno 3/5 anni di esperienza negli ambiti di applicazione sotto elencato e nell'utilizzo di tutte o parte delle tecnologie sotto descritte
Sistemi & Cloud (Linux/Windows, VMware/HyperV, AWS/Azure, SQL)
Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, Firewall)
IT Monitoring & Observability (metriche, eventi, tuning allarmi, capacity planning)
